Every figure on this page is computed from the inputs entered, by the method stated below it. EmployeeDeskHQ publishes no acknowledgement rate, no engagement benchmark and no response-time standard: the defaults are a worked example to replace with your own team's figures.
Patient communication software for a small practice, a dental office above all, has three jobs before any feature tour matters: the appointment messages and their confirmations, the recall that goes out on time to the right list, and the record that shows what was sent to whom when a question comes later. The announcement builder on this site writes the message with its acknowledgement sheet, free and without an account; EmployeeDeskHQ Pro keeps the list, sends on schedule and records every confirmation.

The appointment message and its confirmation
The reminder goes out on the channel the patient actually answers, and the confirmation is recorded against the appointment. The chase list is the patients who have not confirmed, produced daily, not remembered.
The recall, on time, to the right list
The six-month recall is a list and a date, not a memory. The roster carries who is due when, the announcement goes to exactly that list, and the responses come back against it.
The record
When a patient says nobody told them, the answer is the message, the channel, the date and the confirmation status, exportable. That record is what the front desk is actually buying.
What it costs
Per-patient pricing punishes a growing list. From the vendor's own pricing page: Blink lists Core at $5.60 per user per month billed monthly or $3.75 billed annually, and Pro at $7.00 monthly or $5.00 annually. EmployeeDeskHQ Pro is $29 per month for the whole team, which undercuts the per-user benchmark from six seats.
Patient communication software: common questions
Does this replace the practice management system?
No. It carries the messages and the confirmations; the clinical record stays where it is. Export what was sent and when, whenever you need it beside the chart.
Is patient data safe here?
You store the contact list you choose to store; we act as your processor on written terms, sell nothing to anyone, and card details go to Stripe directly. Whether a message's content needs more protection is a question for your own compliance adviser, and the terms say so plainly.
Is there a free version?
The builders on this site are free with no account. Pro, the list, the sending and the record, is $29 a month for the whole practice.
EmployeeDeskHQ Pro

The tools are free forever. Pro turns them into the record: the team roster kept once, every announcement sent from it, every acknowledgement dated against the person, the chase list produced instead of remembered, your name and logo on every sheet, and an export when anyone asks who was told and when.
